    A definite gray area between the HVAC scope and the Electrical Scope: Who does the control wiring of HVAC Equipment. This comes up all the time. Make sure you figure this out during bidding or contract signing stage. Most probably, both the Electrician and the Mechanical subcontractor will exclude this.
