At jobsites in underdeveloped countries, finding proper material is always a problem. You need to have a good supply chain established. Also take consideration the potential problems with customs as it is most probable that you will import a lot of materials from outside the country. Also you need to have a good material procurement system established which will track everything from submittal stage, approvals, ordering, shipping, customs, inland transportation and unloading at the jobsite. A warehouse at the jobsite will also most probably be needed too, as you can not just have everything delivered just in time as usual. Some materials will come early and they need to be stored. Especially the ones that are being used on a continuous basis at the jobsite, such as rebar, insulation, paint etc.. I am talking about big, big jobsites here, such as industrial facility construction which includes everything makes up the plant including its nearby office buildings construction.
