Preconstruction phase coordination

Involving a general contractor as early as possible in the game, during the design of the project is essential (of course if the job is design built, this does not apply). An experienced General contractor must be involved in producing the drawings to prevent further mistakes down the road. This contractor does not have to be employed for the construction phase, as there will be a biding of the job but it can be chosen just for preconstruction services.
