    damaged wood floor

i was away for a couple months and when i returned i saw the wood floor damaged , due to leaking water from the heater / ac unit mounted on the wall. see attached.
so after stopping the leak, i should wait a few days so the pieces shrink again and glue them back? or it needs complete replacement? about 15% of the floor is damaged.

i rent here and ac unit leak is not my fault. but can the landlord still charge me? how much would this repair cost? totally about 50 sf it seems.
