The monthly anticipated adverse weather should be based on the NOAA National Oceanic and Administration data or similar data for the project location and will be the baseline of monthly weather time impact evaluations. Not only rain but also wind can be an issue on some projects, such as the ones that have tower cranes, or in some days, freezing or snow or even excessive moisture. In order for a day to be counted as a weather delay, it must affect at least 50% of that day. Some days are still weather days, even after an event finishes, such as the wet soil after a heavy rain not permitting vehicles to go through.
